The Leaves Start It All

"Everyone must take time to sit and watch the leaves turn." -Elizabeth Lawrence

When the leaves turn, you start seeing nature all working together. The branches talk to the leaves and tell them to change color and fall. Once the leaves hit the ground they tell the grass to die and to turn tan. The dead grass tells the ground to turn cold. The ground tells the precipitation that falls to freeze and make ice. The ice tells the air to chill. And all these things in nature effect us as humans.

We start wearing more clothing. We eventually start to see our hot breath in the air. Some people like the new temperatures, some do not. Some see it as beautiful, some see it as miserable. It is a whole change to our personal world. Then fall leads to winter. But we always have the hope of spring coming once all the cold is over.
